2. What data we process

Data you provide voluntarily when you contact us (by email or form): name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
Technical data generated automatically when you visit the site (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages viewed), where collected by the hosting provider or analytics tools.

to respond to your requests and messages;
to schedule or facilitate a medical consultation;
for the operation, security and improvement of the website.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), pre-contractual steps taken at your request (b), and our legitimate interest in operating the site (f).
